Can I Play?

I took this photo for Shadow Shot Sunday. Please keep in mind that I don't have the tools or the skills of the wonderful photographers who are participating, but that's okay, right? I can find a shadow and take a picture! Since I saw this link on Diahn's blog a while back, honestly, I notice shadows in the oddest places.

It's cool to look at the world in a new way.

COOL!! How great is this! I love this shadow shot...and I'm so glad you're playing along! Is that the Texas Street bridge?

Thanks! I think it'll be a fun, different thing to do that might help combat the SAD. :( :)

No, not Texas Street bridge, but close...it's the railroad bridge at the start of Clyde Fant Parkway.

That's a great shadow! You do have the tools-a camera and your eyes-it's all you need!

That is one cool shadow shot!!! Maybe I can figure out how to play, too... (Technically challenged dreamer.) Of course, I might need some sun to find a shadow.

Thanks everyone for the encouragement...it really means a lot to me that you took the time to notice and comment. This is really going to be fun! :)

And thank you, Harriet, for coming up with such a wonderful idea and letting me play!
